James (Jay) Regan is a managing member of Harbourton Enterprises, LLC, which oversees the investements of his family office. These investments range from technical trading programs to private equity and venture capital. Mr. Regan has been in the investment field since 1964, having worked at White, Weld & Co. and Kidder, Peabody & Co. In addition, he as the managing general partner of Princeton/Newport Partners, a private investment partnership which managed approximately $250 million of capital on behalf of 90 limited partners.
Mr. Regan is a former trustee of Princeton Day School where he served as vice-chairman. He is also a former board member of the Young Scholars’ Institute, Inc. in Trenton, New Jersey, American Ballet Theatre in New York City and Princeton Healthcare Systems in Princeton, New Jersey. He currently serves as Vice-President of Harbourton Foundation. Additionally, he is Chairman of the Board of Centurion Ministries, an orgnazation which works to free those serving life sentences in prison for crimes they did not commit. Mr. Regan serves as director of Kinetic Social, one of Harbourton’s portfolio companies.
Mr. Regan received his B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and attended New York Univeristy Graduate School of Business Administration.
